Manenggon property sells for $7 million to Colorado company

Texas A&M University has sold a Manenggon property once belonging to the late Howard Dwight Look to a real estate developer in Colorado for $7 million. The sale includes eight lots of property, including a right-of-way lot, totaling 4.6 million square meters, or more than 1,100 acres, according to Cornerstone Valuation Guam Inc.

Look donated the 1,146 acres to the university, his alma mater, in 1992. The property was valued at $52 million. (See “Longest running court case on its last leg” in the March 20, 2004 issue . . .
