The 10-year-old Gabriel’s House of Pasta now has a second home in Tumon. With business going well at its original location across from Chamorro Village in Hagåtña, the restaurant opened in the Tumon Bay Center on Sept. 3, becoming neighbors with Burger King and The Kracked Egg.
The restaurant is a partnership between Erica Taijeron, after whose son the restaurant is named, and Ray Rosario, who is also the chef behind the Tumon location’s menu.
While still serving Gabriel’s most popular pasta dishes, the Tumon menu . . .
