Work begun for Dededo medical arts compound

Initial work has begun for Phase 1 of the Latte Medical Plaza, to be located on Route 3 in Dededo.

The Latte Medical Plaza will comprise six buildings totaling approximately 175,000 square feet. The first phase consists of a 50,000-square-foot medical arts building housing doctors’ offices, diagnostic services and a hemodialysis center. 

“We hope to break ground by December and to open our doors for tenants by March 2017,” said Cesar C. Cabot, majority shareholder of CW Holdings LLC, which owns the property.
