Grandview Development LLC has not yet been able to secure an anchor tenant for the Tumon Bay Mall, which may slow progress of its development on Pale San Vitores Road in Tumon, according to its status report on Oct. 27 to the Guam Land Use Commission.
The report was a continuance from April 14 and was required to show cause for failure to comply with the conditions of approval of an amended tentative development plan for the mall as noted on the GLUC notice of action on March 29, 2013.
