SAN JOSE, Tinian — The Tinian and Aguiguan mayor’s office announced on Oct. 19 that it plans to convert the Old Japanese Building into the future Tinian mayor’s office. The Old Japanese Building was once used to house the Tinian Department of Land and Natural Resources and the Homeowner Protection Office.
The estimated cost of the project is approximately $860,000, and a design-build approach is being explored . . .
