Three-story commercial building proposed in Tumon

Chin I. Huang, represented by Ignacio F. Santos, requested approval for a tentative development plan to construct a three-story mixed-use structure with an office and display area on the first floor and four multi-family dwelling units on the second and third floors. The application was heard by the Guam Land Use Commission during its regular meeting on Oct. 27 but was tabled due to insufficient information.
