BARRIGADA, Guam — Chief Master Sergeant John M. Quinata assumed full authority as
command chief of the Guam Air National Guard on Oct. 2, according to a release.
Quinata most recently served as the security forces manager with the 254th Security Forces Squadron since September 2004.
