DEDEDO, Guam — The second Ross Dress for Less Store on Guam is expected to open in the first part of 2017, a corporate spokesperson confirmed with the Journal. On average each new Ross store hires 50 new permanent associates, including a combination of full- and part-time positions, the corporate spokesperson said.
