An ongoing application of a horizontal property regime to classify 108 units of the Alupang Beach Tower as individual condominium units was tabled again at the regular meeting of the Guam Land Use Commission on Oct. 13 due to lack of information on detailed construction plans, particularly over phase two. Opposition from other unit owners and a neighboring business was also raised regarding the request of a Supplementary Final Public Report, which was a continuation from the GLUC hearing on April 14.
