Congratulations to the Guam chapter of the American Culinary Federation on its Oct. 8 fundraiser at the Outrigger.

The Caribbean-themed evening took guests through a menu that included Coconut Cream–laced Pumpkin Soup

and Caribbean Jerk Tenderloin Steak.

We were also able to watch a live broadcast of what was happening Back of House and see our meal prepared by island chefs and students of Guam Community College, for whom the event raised funds. …
