HAGÅTÑA, Guam — The Office of Public Accountability released its decision on Oct. 3 to deny the consolidated appeals filed by TLK Marketing Co. Ltd. The appeals were made to the Guam Visitors Bureau’s April 8 denial of TLK’s March 24 protest and GVB’s May 24 denial of TLK’s April 21 protest and ordered by the public auditor to be consolidated on June 24.
