Local companies file lawsuit over H-2B visa denials

 

Guam companies filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government at the federal District Court of Guam on Oct. 4 regarding H-2B worker visa denials.

Plaintiffs span various industries that have relied on the H-2B nonimmigrant temporary visa program for temporary workers.
