HONG KONG — Hong Kong–based low-cost carrier HK Express will launch service from Hong Kong to Guam and Saipan on Dec. 15 and Jan. 17, respectively, according to an Oct. 3 release provide to the Journal by the airline. Its Guam route will be operated four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday while the Saipan route will be operated three times weekly on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Both routes will be serviced by an all-economy class Airbus A320 aircraft with a seating capacity of 180.
