Construction has begun on Keystone Pacific Realty Corp.’s townhouse development project on a combined property in Hagåtña — a portion of which was acquired by the developer from the Chamorro Land Trust Commission for $20,000.
The building is being constructed on a C-zoned vacant lot on East O’Brien Drive at the corner of Agana Shopping Center across from the Hagåtña Pool. The development will consist of a two-story 10-unit multi-family residential building measuring a total of 1,250 to 1,400 square feet . . .
