TAMUNING, Guam — The Department of Administration mailed out $66 million in tax refunds to 29,000 taxpayers on Sept. 16 for returns filed by May 22, according to the governor’s office. An additional $500,000 for returns filed up to May 31 was mailed out on Sept. 23, and all error-free tax returns with refunds filed up to the month of May have been paid out.
