CAPITOL HILL, Saipan — A Civil Military Liaison Office was established through the Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment grant of $376,937 to better engage in DoD initiatives, such as live-fire training, economic diversification and the Northern Mariana Islands Covenant, according to a Sept. 2 release from the NMI governor’s office.
