Cali Café held its grand opening on Sept. 23 on the first floor of Days Inn Guam.
Eleecia Jean Cali, managing partner and lead chef of De Cali Café LLC, which has done business as Cali Cakery in Chalan Pago since 2015, solicited the help of Doris San Nicolas to open the café by popular demand from customers.
The 1,000-square-foot space leased from Days Inn, formerly occupied by The Hub Restaurant, did not require much construction work, and all necessary preparations were completed by family and friends, said San Nicolas . . .
