PEARL HARBOR-HICKHAM - After a history of protests and bridging contracts, DZSP 21 LLC of Marlton, New Jersey, is being awarded “a $39,686,965 cost-plus-award-fee contract with award options for base operating support services at Joint Region Marianas, Guam.”
According to a release from the U.S. Department of Defense on Sept. 29 (Sept. 30 in Guam), “The work to be performed provides for facility support and base operating support for the following services: management and administration, port operations, ordnance, material management, facility management, facility investment, electrical, wastewater, steam, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and . . .
