Tocara jewelry comes to Guam

Bernadette Lou Sablan has brought Tocara jewelry to Guam for the first time. The company began in Canada eight years ago and expanded to the United States one and a half years ago. Sablan became a consultant for Tocara on July 27.

She decided to start selling Tocara after the company she previously sold for, Silpada Designs, went out of business. She has 10 team members.

She said she quickly recouped her initial investment of $125.
