Chief Judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood on Sept. 13 granted the dismissal of claims against JoAnnalyn Fullerton, administrator of Guam’s Worker’s Compensation Commission, of intentional infliction of emotional distress. Fullerton, along with Pacific Composites Inc., which does business as Shipright! and Boatshop, and its owners Amanda and Christophear Young and insurers Moyan’s Insurance Underwriters Inc. were sued in May by California residents that had relocated to Guam to work for the ship repair company in 2015.
