Former construction company shareholders sued over sale of company property

Ty J. Jacott and S.E.T. Pacific Inc. through their attorney filed a lawsuit on Aug. 19 in the Superior Court of Guam against Rita S. and Jay D. Miller for the wrongful selling of the company’s property. Jacott and the Millers had been shareholders of S.E.T. Pacific. In 2005, they agreed to purchase a condominium unit at Villa Kanton Tasi for investment purposes and that each would receive 33% of the proceeds once the unit was sold.
