USCIS CW-1 worker rule complicates business

I believe the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service has done yeoman's work coming to the Northern Mariana Islands to conduct educational session after educational session for stakeholders affected by the Transitional Worker (CW-1) Rule as well as other requirements under the new USCIS authority in the NMI. And they should. It's their job . . .
