I received an article on how some great companies picked their names first featured on www.openforum.com. Initials alternative spellings translations from foreign languages - all are featured.My favorite is Google originally destined to be called "Googol "" which is the number 1 followed by 100 zeros and was a joke about the amount of information the search engine could search.Apparently the founders gave a presentation to a potential investor who sent them a check made out to ""Google."" How pragmatic . . .
