HONOLULU - On July 1 Bulltrack-Watts a joint venture consisting of California-based Bulltrack Construction Co. and Honolulu-based Watts Constructors LLC was awarded a $19 million contract from the U.S. Navy. The project includes design and construction of the repair restoration and modernization of the waterfront facilities at Sumay Cove at Naval Base Guam. Listed work is expected to be completed by February 2012 according to Watts Constructors . . .
