Rules on health care may not be what the doctor ordered for businesses

It has been just over 90 days since the passage of healthcare reform and a number of federal government agencies have been busy issuing guidelines and regulations impacting all areas of the healthcare industry. Recently the Departments of Treasury Labor and HHS released the interim final rule for Group Health Plans and Health Insurance Coverage Relating to Status as a "Grandfathered Health Plan"" under PPACA.
