The Guam Energy Office a subdivision of the Guam Environmental Protection Agency took its first step towards recovering functionality with its July re-launching of the agency website. The source of its resurgence is a $20 million American Recovery and Reinvestment Act grant awarded in February 2009 and initiated in April 2009 according to Lucy Kono administrative officer.
