Spike in USCIS requests for evidence for temporary worker visas

Two of Guam's immigration attorneys have reported an increase in recent months in requests by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for further evidence in petitions for H category visas and in some instances denials of the applications. In Guam's case the H visa classification - which includes H-1B H-2B and H-3 visas - covers professionals non-agricultural temporary skilled labor and trainees respectively.
