Sohl takes reins as FSMTC prepares for growth spurt

KOLONIA Pohnpei - John Sohl was appointed president and chief executive officer of the Federated States of Micronesia Telecommunications Corp. following the April 26 retirement of his predecessor Takuro Akinaga. In months prior FSM Telecom began a technological transformation with the installation of undersea fiber-optic cable bringing high-speed telecommunications to the FSM.
