GTA Teleguam stands to lose an estimated 25% of its annual revenue if an $89-million government grant is awarded to its competitor IT&E according to Daniel G. Moffat president and chief executive officer of GTA. If the grant is awarded the recipient will use it to duplicate infrastructure in which GTA has invested $75 million of its money during the past five years. Moffat told the Journal.
