WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency issued a presolicitation notice May 13 for contractor-owned contractor-operated fuel storage facilities and service to receive store protect and ship JA-1/JP-8 (aviation turbine fuel) on Guam for a five-year period with a five-year option to extend services.
