Aviation Matters Inc. which does business as PacificFlier the Australian-New Zealander-owned Palau-based airline has been granted permission by the U.S. Department of Transportation to operate charter flights between Koror and Guam. The permission was granted Feb. 25 and services are expected to be inaugurated in mid-June according to officials from the A. B. Won Pat International Airport Authority Guam . . .
