Relocating the Dededo flea market is one of the initiatives of the Guam Visitors Bureau and University of Guam's College of Business and Public Administration's Capstone Project. The Capstone Project pairs business school students with village mayors for community brand building which are funded with GVB seed money. The students created the initial concept for the flea market relocation. Infrastructure problems hazards for pedestrians and traffic congestion are some concerns about the market's current location on the buffer zone at the intersection of Marine Corps Drive and Harmon Loop Road . . .
