Recently I was going through my prospect lists and my usual resources for business and just wasn't feeling it. Who to target next? What dream account are we going to acquire and rescue the budget for the remainder of the year - or this month for that matter? Sure could use one of those "Hail Mary"" accounts that let you sit back for a few days and relax. My prospect list wasn't doing me any good so I reached out to a few banker and realtor friends for some insight. Who else would know of office rentals or building . . .
