MAKATI CITY Philippines - Continental Micronesia will likely increase its flight frequency between Guam and Manila as the U.S. military buildup attracts Filipino investors and contract workers.David Kendell the airline's director for sales and marketing for Asia and Micronesia told the Journal. "You've got Filipino businessmen and women that are maybe looking at Guam to start up businesses. You also have a very skilled work force here [in Manila] that will [become] contract workers...so you'll have an influx in demand built up over the next four years.
