GUALO RAI Saipan - The U.S. federal government has allocated more than nearly $5 million to conduct the decennial census in the Northern Mariana Islands. Rebecca Diaz Cartagena the 2010 NMI Census advisor from the U.S. Census Bureau confirmed to the Journal that the local portion of the national census has more than $4.8 million in budget. The money is being spent within the NMI in the form of jobs products and services . . .
