I enjoyed Adm. Douglas Biesel's remarks at the Guam Chamber Armed Forces Committee lunch on Feb. 12 at Pacific Islands Club. He told members that his departure and return to his former stomping ground in Washington State after only some seven or so months was based on his prior experience and tenure there and that the Department of Defense had made a similar decision in the return to our region of Adm.
