WASHINGTON - The Department of Defense has announced that it has awarded a $2.45 million contract to Sherlock Smith & Adams Inc. of Montgomery Ala. for architecture and engineering services for the Apra Harbor Medical clinic on Naval Base Guam. The project is funded by the government of Japan as part of the relocation of 8 000 Marines and their dependents from Okinawa to Guam . . .
