A year ago realtors could easily locate vacant fully furnished condominiums houses and other rental facilities on Guam with short-term leases. However as contractors prepare for the imminent relocation of 8 000 Marines and their dependents to Guam the market has become saturated with customers seeking short-term leases on accommodations the properties have have become fully occupied and real estate agents are hard pressed to predict when the next vacancy will arise . . .
