MAJURO - A court dispute in Majuro over a $2 million United States-funded school construction job was resolved Jan. 11 when the College of the Marshall Islands agreed to rebid the controversial project.Pacific International Inc. a Majuro- and Guam-based construction firm withdrew its lawsuit in exchange for an agreement from the college to rebid the project in February acknowledging that the college violated the government's procurement law and agreeing to follow procurement requirements including a public opening of the bids . . .
