The KAHA Art Gallery is homeless - for now. The Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency moved the gallery out of its Two Lovers Point location on Oct. 1. However plans are underway to move the gallery and the agency offices into a new facility hopefully by March. Patrick R. Bamba director of CAHA told the Journal that a request for proposals is going through the government approval process and should be released soon . . .
