The Center for Micronesian Empowerment has begun implementing its plan to ensure that those from the Freely Associated States will be able to participate fully in Guam's economy. The center is beginning two job-training initiatives - one for current Guam residents from the FAS and in January a "boot-camp style"" program for participants whose training will commence upon arrival . . .
