Tristar completes Agat terminal purchase

Tristar Terminals Guam LLC. completed its acquisition of the Agat fuel terminal Nov. 10. The company a joint venture comprised of Agility Defense & Government Services and Tristar Transport announced Feb. 17 that it had agreed to purchase the 215-acre 24-tank 4 million-barrel facility from Shell Guam.
