Wireless Internet provider enters Guam market

Businesses on Guam now have another choice for their Internet and other data communications services. Wisp Guam Inc. is the latest entrant in the island's crowded and competitive communications services market. The moniker Wisp stands for Wireless Internet Sevice Provider. It was founded by David Sykes president and majority shareholder. Sykes told the Journal that he and two other investors formed the company in early 2008 . . .
