U.S. Supreme Court makes it easier to dismiss frivolous lawsuits

Over the years one of the more frustrating aspects of practicing law has been having to tell a client named as a defendant in a civil lawsuit that no matter how frivolous the allegations against him might seem the court is unlikely to dismiss the case until entirely too much of his time and money have been spent defending against it . . .
