Vitale's Italian Restaurant on the second floor of the south end of the Plaza in Tumon is scheduled to have ongoing renovations completed by the end of September. Costing approximately $270 000 the project which started in May brings Vitale's a vibrant dÃ©cor plan infused with Romanesque columns and hand-painted scenic frescos of Italian landmarks by Guam expatriate artist and designer Felicia M.
