Switching sides a sterling wine and signing up for events

Because of its government Samoa is switching to driving on the left side of the road on Sept. 7 and 8. The rationale is that it will encourage people to buy more right hand drive cars (from Australia and New Zealand). However two Samoan villages have decided that no cars will enter them unless they are driving on the right a move announced in the Samoa Observer of Aug. 12 by People Against Switching Sides as reported . . .
