The impending military buildup with its associated contracts has thrown construction companies bidding for a piece of the pie into the spotlight. One of these companies is Agbayani Construction Corp. which has already partnered with Chugach Alaska Corp. to bid on a non-buildup contract the Naval Forces Marianas and Andersen Air Force Base joint housing maintenance contract worth an estimated $100 million.
