As many as 10 Historically Underutilized Business Zone-certified companies will be selected to perform up to $400 million worth of military construction projects on Guam during the next five years. A solicitation posted by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command on March 4 indicates that the Navy will award the design-build multiple award construction contracts for a scope of work that includes "new construction renovation/modernization and routine repair/maintenance of government shore-based facilities at various locations on Guam . . .
