Net metering finally hooks up on Guam

In yet another alternative energy development on Guam the very first net metering installation has made its appearance on Guam.The system is comprised of a solar array made up of 48 solar panels with a net meter installed by Pacific Solar & Photovoltaics a division of the family-owned company Hagens Inc. on a rooftop in Barrigada Heights. The installation has been rated as an 8 kilovolt system which means that it produces 8 kilowatts of power an hour under ideal conditions . . .
