SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE Ill - The Department of Defense announced on Feb. 13 that $240 million worth of contracts have been awarded to three ocean-freight shipping lines for service between the West Coast of the U.S. mainland and Hawaii and Guam. Horizon Lines LLC was awarded a $100 million fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for sea and intermodal freight service between U.S. West Coast ports to and from Hawaii U.S. West Coast ports to and from Guam and Alaska Ports to and from Guam . . .
